Return and Refund Policy

Customized Garments including garments with emblems sewn on, embroidered or screen printed garments,  or other custom items such as bags, scarves, or other promotional items as well as some FR items:

No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once a garment or item is customized, it is yours.  

Hemmed Garments & Non Customized Garments/Items Must Be:

• Unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, returned in their original condition in which they were received
• Please email us with the reason for the return (e.g., damaged or wrong product).   
• We will let you know if you item qualifies for a return, it will depend on the vendor 
• Please email us to start your return immediately and no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.   You will be notified via email of your refund once we've received and processed the refund item.
• Customer is responsible for any shipping charges that may be incurred by All Wear Workwear
